These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Mivvi. By creating an account or using Mivvi, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you use Mivvi.
2. Your Account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer, or impersonate another person through an account.
3. Using Mivvi
Mivvi lets users share Plogs and Vlogs, discover people and moments, follow creators, interact with posts, communicate by text, voice, and video, and participate in Live Video Rooms. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Mivvi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, improve, promote, and provide Mivvi, subject to your settings and applicable law. You represent that you have the rights needed to share your content.
5. Acceptable Conduct
You may not use Mivvi to:
- Exploit minors or publish sexual, violent, hateful, threatening, or illegal content.
- Harass, stalk, deceive, impersonate, or expose another person’s private information.
- Spam, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Record or redistribute private calls or content without required consent.
- Evade safety controls, enforcement, access restrictions, or applicable law.
6. Safety and User Interactions
You are responsible for your interactions with others. Use caution when communicating, sharing information, joining calls, or meeting someone. You can leave, block, and report users. Mivvi does not guarantee the identity, conduct, compatibility, or intentions of any user.
7. Intellectual Property
Mivvi and its software, branding, design, and service content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Enforcement and Termination
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, community standards, safety requirements, or law have been violated. You may stop using Mivvi and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
Mivvi is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mivvi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Mivvi, law, or safety practices. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
